FAQs

What can I expect in therapy?

A supportive, non-judgmental space designed to foster personal growth and empowerment, helping you achieve emotional wellness and life balance.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I currently accept private pay (self-pay) and am in-network with Aetna. I’m also in the process of joining several major insurance panels, including Medicaid (Husky), Carelon, Anthem, Optum, United Healthcare, ConnectiCare, and Cigna. If your insurance is listed as pending, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to discuss your options and keep you informed as additional plans become active.

Are sessions virtual or in-person?

While virtual sessions are the primary focus for convenience and accessibility, I also offer in-person sessions by request.

What therapy approaches do you use?

While I frequently draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I believe that therapy should be personalized to each individual. I tailor my approach based on your unique needs, goals, and preferences to ensure the experience feels supportive, relevant, and effective for you.

What age group do you typically work with?

While I typically work with young adults through adulthood, I welcome anyone who needs help and support.

How do I get started working with you?

I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation as the first step to working together. This allows us to understand your needs and discuss how we can help.
